Before purchasing, please note the following: 1. This DVR is recommended for use with ZOSI cameras for an enhanced user experience. It supports audio recording when paired with ZOSI audio-over-coax cameras: 1AC-3032F/1AC-2612F. 2. The DVR does not come with a hard drive, so you will need to install an internal hard drive if you require recording or playback. External hard drives are not supported. We recommend using a professional surveillance internal hard drive for optimal performance. 3. This is a wired security DVR and cannot be connected to wireless PoE cameras. 4. While standalone DVR systems do not require an internet connection to operate, one will be necessary if you wish to remotely view footage and receive motion alerts. 5. The DVR supports various resolutions, including 1080p (19201080) with 2MP (1080P) cameras, 720P (1280720) with 1MP (720P) cameras, and 960H (700TVL/800TVL/900TVL/1000TVL) with standard analog cameras. It also supports 1080p (1920*1080) with 5MP (12.5fps) cameras, but this 5MP Lite DVR can only work with 12.5fps 5MP cameras.
