All Reolink cameras, excluding the 4G LTE version, are compatible with the NVR. To add PoE cameras, please use a Reolink PoE Switch or connect them via a network cable and power adapter. To add battery Wi-Fi cameras, ensure that both the cameras and the NVR have been upgraded to the latest firmware.

The RLN12W Wi-Fi 6 NVR offers seamless streaming with 2.4/5GHz WiFi and Wi-Fi 6, providing strong WiFi signals even over long distances with its 4 antennas. It also features enhanced cyber security with robust encryption and protection against common cyber threats, as well as lag-free simultaneous streaming for the whole family with OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies.

The RLN12W NVR supports H.265 compression, allowing you to save space while preserving video quality for extensive 24/7 recordings. It provides immediate push notifications and emails upon detecting motion events, and offers easy remote access with support for up to 12 devices streaming simultaneously.

Setting up the RLN12W Wi-Fi NVR is hassle-free. Simply connect the NVR to the router and the monitor, then connect the WiFi camera to the LAN port on the NVR via an Ethernet cable. Click "Sync WiFi Info" to connect the camera to the NVR's WiFi, and then unplug the Ethernet cable to switch to a wireless connection.

The RLN12W is compatible with all Reolink IP cameras, such as E1 Pro, RLC-810WA, E1 Outdoor, TrackMix WiFi, Argus 4 Pro, RLC-823A, and Video Doorbell. However, the Wi-Fi NVR cannot provide power to PoE IP cameras directly, so we recommend purchasing a Reolink PoE switch or injector in addition to the Wi-Fi NVR.

To unlock the full potential of the RLN12W, a Wi-Fi 6 router is recommended for enhanced networking. The NVR offers a range of output resolutions, network protocols, and browser/OS support, ensuring a seamless user experience.
